(Covid-19) yang berkepanjangan membuat rakyat miskin di kabupaten Batu
Bara, Sumatera Utara membutuhkan sembako demi menyambung hidup.
Namun sangat ironi terjadi, bantuan
sembako dari Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebanyak 60.769 paket senilai Rp
13,6 miliar,yang diberikan Gubernur Sumut Edy Rahmayadi pada warga Batu
Bara yang berdampak Covid-19,justru disia-siakan hingga rusak.
Temuan tersebut diungkapkan oleh tiga
orang Anggota DPRD Sumatera Utara (Sumut), yang berasal dari daerah
pemilihan (Dapil) V,mereka mendapati hal mencengangkan ketika anggota
DPRD Sumut itu mengunjungi lokasi posko tempat penyimpanan bantuan
sembko sebanyak 60.769.
Paket sembako yang telah diterima oleh
Bupati Batu Bara,di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Gading, Kecamatan Sei suka,
Batu Bara, pada Sabtu, (30/5/2020) dalam kondisi terlantar hingga rusak.
“Kami tadi pagi melakukan inspeksi ke
SMA Negeri 1 Sei Suka Batu Bara yang menjadi lokasi atau tempat
penyimpanan paket sembako dari Pemprov Sumut,di tempat itu kami temukan
paket sembako tersebut diletakkan telantar begitu saja di sekolah dengan
susunan yang tidak rapi,” ujar Anggota DPRD Sumut Ahmad Hadian, Sabtu
(30/5)
Pemerintah Batu Bara dianggap lalai
dengan bantuan sembako senilai Rp 13,6 miliar untuk kabupaten Batu
Bara,ada ratusan paket sembako ini hancur, kemasan hancur, beras basah
kena hujan, sehingga tidak layak konsumsi,mie instan pun berserakan,gula
juga berserakan begitu saja tergenang air,” katanya.
“Temuan ini menimbulkan kekecewaan dari
kami anggota DPRD Sumut, dan kami telah menegur (Bupati melalui)
Sekretaris GTPP (Tim Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan) Batubara (Wahid
Khuyairi) dan menegur Kepala Dinas Sosial kabupaten Batu Bara (Ishak
Liza) atas perlakukan tidak profesional itu,” ungkapnya.
Hadian menyebut total paket sembako
senilai senilai Rp 13,6 miliar dengan rincian Rp 225.000 per KK dari
60.769 penerima dari bantuan Pemprov Sumut ini akan disalurkan kepada
masyarakat kabupaten Batu Bara yang terkena dampak dari penyebaran
covid-19,temuan ini, kata Politikus PKS tersebut akan dibawa ke Panitia
Khusus (Pansus) Covid-19 DPRD Sumut.sumber Kontra.
Sebelumnya, pada 19 Mei 2020 Gubernur
Sumut Edy Rahmayadi memerintahkan Bupati Batu Bara Ir Zahir Map melalui
Tim Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan (GTPP) COVID-19,untuk membatu
membagikan 60.769 paket sembako kepada warga miskin demi mencegah krisis
akibat pendemi virus corona di Batu Bara,sampai berita ini disampaikan
