Lelaki itu melakukan percobaan rudapaksa itu saat melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan untuk mencegah penularan covid-19.
Camat Aeknatas Rojali saat dikonfirmasi
membenarkan adanya peristiwa itu. Dia mengatakan, peristiwa itu terjadi
Senin (30/3) lalu.
” Kejadiannya dua Minggu lalu, lebih
kurang,” ujar Rozali saat dikonfirmasi, Senin (13/4/2020), oleh
Medanheadlines.com--jaringan Suara.com.
Saat itu, kata Rojali, pihak swasta bersama aparatur desa tengah melakukan penyemprotan.
Tibalah giliran penyemprotan ke rumah korban. Kebetulan, saat itu suami korban tidak berada di rumah.
”Jadi selesai penyemprotan, kawannya
keluar dari rumah korban. Setelah itu dia (kades) minta air minum
kepada si korban. Kemudian entah setan apa yang merasukinya. Dia menarik
korban ke kamar,” ungkap Rojali.
Saat sang kades melancarkan niat jahatnya, anak korban menjerit. Korban sontak menjerit meminta pertolongan.
Anak korban juga sempat menghalangi niat oknum kepala desa itu melakukan perbuatan bejatnya itu.
“Kemudian ada anaknya menjerit, mungkin
karena itu terhalang niat dari si kades. Perempuan ( itu) lalu terjatuh,
sebab (lantai) dalam keadaan licin, habis disemprot (disinfektan).
Kira-kira seperti itu kronologinya,” ujar Rojali.
Sepengetahuan Rojali, korban melaporkan perbuatan W ke Polsek Aeknatas, lalu kemudian kedua pihak sepakat berdamai.
”Ya antara si korban dan pelaku sudah berdamai."
