Tagih Janji Bansos, Nenek Renta 70 Tahun malah Digampar Pak RT di Depan Umum, Ngaku Khilaf dan Kesal karena Hal Ini
Pada Kamis (28/5/2020) sekitar pukul 13.00 WIB, seorang nenek renta berusia 70 tahun mendatangi kantor Pak RT.
Kedatangan nenek Arni ini bermaksud protes kepada ketua RT.
Sebab bantuan sosial yang dijanjikan tidak datang sesuai aturan.
Namun karena protes yang dilayangkannya, nenek Arni lantas ditampar oleh Ketua RT setempat.
Mengutip Kompas.com dan Tribun Jakarta,
peristiwa itu terjadi di balai desa, Kampung Harapan, Desa Sukamaju,
Kecamatan Cibungbulang, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat.
Naih (48) yang merupakan anak dari nenek
Arni menceritakan, penganiayaan itu dilakukan Ketua RT02/RW07 Desa
Sukamaju bernama Asep Supriyadi.
"Awalnya dapat informasi (penganiayaan) itu dan sorenya saya langsung datang ke lokasi," ujar Naih.
Menurut Naih, ibunya protes karena dijanjikan bantuan sebesar 30 kilogram dari Pemkab Bogor.
Namun bantuan yang datang tidak sesuai harapan, sehingga nenek Arni menagih haknya kepada ketua RT.
Nenek Arni marah-marah kepada Pak RT. Ia menganggap penyaluran bansos itu tidak adil.
Alih-alih 30 kilogram, Arni hanya mendapatkan setengah dari beras yang dijanjikan.
"Awalnya sih tentang bansos beras yang
dari bupati, per 30 kg tapi cuman dikasihnya 1 karung (15 kg). dipotong
setengahnya," cerita Naih.
Naih mengatakan, beras bantuan tersebut sebenarnya bukan ditujukan unyuk ibunya, melainkan untuk anaknya.
"Emang sih yang dapat bukan ibu saya tapi anak (adik saya) tinggal masih satu rumah satu KK," katanya.
Karena hanya mendapatkan 15 kg beras, nenek Arni sempat dijanjikan uang tunai sebagai gantinya.
Namun karena butuh dan tak kunjung diberi, Arni datang ke balai desa.
Diduga karena terlalu marah kepada Ketua RT, nenek Arni kemudian diperlakukan kasar dan ditampar.
Naih menilai, ibunya tidak sepenuhnya salah karena sudah dijanjikan untuk diberi uang.
"Kalau memang untuk pemerataan (bansos) mungkin kebijakan RT-nya cuman harus konfirmasi dulu," kata Naih.
Yang membuatnya bingung adalah alasan kenapa bansos itu dipotong dan diganti uang, sementara keluarga lain tidak demikian.
"Jadi yang dipotong bansos itu punya
keluarga saya ya wajarlah pasti teriak. Intinya dia (nenek Arni)
menuntut kenapa yang lain tidak dipotong dan alasannya kenapa dikasih
uang," ungkapnya.
Tak terima dengan perlakuan Ketua RT, Naih melaporkan kejadian penamparan itu ke Polsek Cibungbulang.
Saat dilakukan mediasi antar kedua belah pihak, Ketua RT itu mengaku khilaf dan meminta maaf.
"Intinya pelaku (ketua RT) langsung
meminta maaf dan mengakui kesalahannya dengan alasan khilaf dan memang
benar ditampar. Kemarin-kemarin sih ada memar bekas tamparan tapi kalau
sekarang mungkin udah hilang karena udah beberapa hari," imbuh Naih.
Kapolsek Cibungbulang Polres Bogor
Kompol Ade Yusuf mengatakan, pelaku melakukan penamparan karena tak
terima diteriaki maling oleh nenek Arni.
Arni yang datang menayakan bansos atas nama menantunya Nirlana, marah-marah kepada Ketua RT Asep.
"Arni dengan nada emosi menyebut dan
menuduh Asep dengan sebutan maling karena disebut maling di depan orang
banyak kemudian Asep mendorong pipi Arni sampai terjatuh," ungkap Ade.
Bansos atas nama Nirlana itu sebelumnya telah dilimpahkan kepada Arni sebanyak 15 kg.
Usut punya usut, satu karung beras jatah sang anak yang ditanyakan oleh Arni telah pindah ke desa Leuweungkolot.
"Udah dapat satu, dikasihkan bukan dipotong satu karung bukan. Karena satu karung jatah anaknya sudah pindah," kata Ade.
Nenek Arni setelah kejadian langsung dibawa ke RSUD Leuwiliang, sekaligus keluarga meminta visum.
Didampingi anggota KNPI Kecamatan Cibungbulang, nenek Arni membuat laporan.
Kedua belah pihak kemudian dipertemukan di kantor Polsek Cibungbulang untuk melakukan musyawarah.
"Kedua belah pihak saling memaafkan dan
ketua RT ini memberikan biaya untuk pengobatan sebesar Rp 1 juta.
Pulangnya kita dari kepolisian kasih beras 5 kg," ujarnya.
Kendati demikian, Naih mengaku kecewa dengan sikap Ketua RT.
"Kalau saya sebagai anaknya bisa
menerima aja ya akhirnya dengan bijak saya juga tidak menuntut banyak.
Intinya kalau masyarakat menanyakan ya seharusnya pemimpin (ketua Rt)
jangan main tangan," tegas Naih.
"Pertama dia kurang kontrol (pak RT) dan
karena orang tua otomatis ibu saya nuntut karena haknya tidak diberikan
ya nuntut lah. Untungnya dia langsung meminta maaf karena merasa salah
kalau udah begitu ya gimana lagi," kata Naih,
Menurut Naih, pelaporan itu dilakukannya
untuk memberikan efek jera agar pemimpin tidak bertindak semena-mena
terhadap rakyat, terlebih kepada orang tua.
"Ya kalau saya keluarga hanya ingin
memberi efek jera bahwa sama seseorang itu jangan menganggap sepela lah
kalau memang belum dapat ya jangan begitu.
"Pesan dari saya sih kalau memang haknya
ya jujur aja cuman ya seorang RT kalau urusan masyarakat ya kita harus
lapang dada kalau ada protes karena saya juga mengalami," tandasnya. (*)
