TRIBUN-MEDAN.com - Seorang pria berusia 60 tahun tega mencabuli keponakannya sebanyak 6 kali sejak Januari 2020 hingga korban yang masih berusia 16 tahun hamil.
Pelaku kini mendekam di rumah tahanan Polresta Deli Serdang.
Dihubungi melalui aplikasi percakapan WhatsApp, Kassubag Humas Polresta Deli Serdang, Iptu Masfan Naibaho mengatakan jika pelaku berinisial SKD, warga Desa Karanganyar, Kecamatan Beringin, Deli Serdang.

Dijelaskannya, bermula ketika pada hari Senin (16/3/2020) malam korban yang masih berstatus pelajar memberitahukan kondisinya yang baru disadari telah hamil.
Korban mengaku hal itu akibat kelakukan pamannya dan mengadukannya kepada ibu kandung dan abang kandungnya.
Korban sendiri mengaku sudah dicabuli sebanyak enam kali sejak Januari 2020.

"Sontak, ibu dan abang korban terkejut ketika mendengar kesaksian dari korban yang mengatakan bahwa pamannya sendiri melakukan pencabulan berupa persetubuhan kepada korban sebanyak 6 kali sejak awal Januari 2020 lalu," kata Masfan Naibaho.
Tidak terima dengan perbuatan pamannya, kemudian abang dan ibu korban menanyakan langsung kepada pelaku.
Pelaku pun mengakui perbuatannya. Guna memastikan kehamilan korban, ibu dan abang korban mengantarkan korban ke bidan terdekat diperiksa.
"Hingga diketahui benar korban positif dalam keadaaan hamil," katanya.
Mengetahui hal tersebut, lanjutnya, pada Rabu siang (18/03/2020), abang dan ibu korban bersama masyarakat setempat menyerahkan pelaku SKD ke Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polresta Deli Serdang dan melaporkan kejadian tersebut agar dapat diproses sesuai hukum yang berlaku.

Saat dikonfirmasi, Kasat Reskrim Polresta Deli Serdang, Kompol Muhammad Firdaus membenarkan adanya kejadian tersebut.
"Benar, pelaku saat ini sudah kita amankan dan di periksa lebih lanjut untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya," katanya.(*)
