Fitriani (25) belum genap setahun.
Pasangan suami-istri terpaut usia 45 tahun itu seharusnya merayakan ulang tahun pernikahannya pada bulan April 2018 besok.
Namun, bukannya sibuk mempersiapkan acara tersebut, mereka malah ingin segera bercerai.
Rencana tersebut sudah dilayangkan sejak bulan Januari 2018 kemarin. Kala itu usia mereka baru memasuki bulan kesembilan.
Seperti diketahui, Tajuddin mengucap janji suci sebagai suami Fitriani
pada hari Sabtu (22/4/2017) silam di Dusun Tana Tengnga, Desa
Liliriawang, Kecamatan Bengo, Kabupaten Bone, Sulawesi.
Istri pertama Tajuddin, Andi Kusriani, meninggal dunia pada tahun 2016 silam.
Saat dinikahi Tajuddin, Fitriani masih tercatat sebagai mahasiswi Universitas Bosowa, Makassar.
“Sisa menunggu jadwal wisuda,” kata kakak kandung Fitriani, Andi Aso (27).
Dirinya menikahi Fitriani dengan uang panai senilai Rp 150 juta ditambah 200 gram emas.
Selain itu, Tajuddin juga memberikan mahar berupa mobil seharga Rp 600 juta dan rumah tipe 45 di Makassar senilai Rp 700 juta.
“Jika ditotal semua pemberian mempelai pria bisa jadi sampai Rp 1,4
miliar atau lebih,” kata Kepala Desa Liliriawang yang akrab disapa
Cunding.
Sembilan bulan kemudian, Tajuddin menggungat cerai istrinya di Pengadilan Negeri Agama Watampone.

Januari 2018 lalu, sekarang proses mediasi kedua pihak, gagal mediasi
diteruskan perceraian,” kata Humas Pengadilan Agama Watampone,
Jamaluddin, di Kantor Pengadilan Agama Watampone, Jl Yos Sudarso,
Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur, Bone, Senin (19/3/ 2018).
Pengacara Tajuddin, Andi Aswar Aziz, menegaskan bahwa kliennya sudah melayangkan surat gugatan cerai tersebut.
Rumah tangga Tajuddin dan Fitriani kandas karena adanya dugaan kehadiran pebinor atau perebut bini orang.
Kehadiran pria berinisial PIL itu dijadikan alasan oleh Tajuddin untuk menceraikan Fitriani.
“Termohon telah menjalin hubungan/pacaran dengan seorang laki-laki yang
tidak dikenal sebelumnya,” demikian isi gugatan termohon sebagaimana
dilayangkan ke Pengadilan Agama Watampone sejak 3 Januari 2018 lalu.
Dalam gugatan itu, diungkapkan juga bahwa Fitriani sering menghabiskan waktunya berjalan-jalan dengan PIL.
“Bahwa hubungan termohon dengan pacarnya itu sedemikian jauh, pergi
berdua-duaan pada tempat-tempat hiburan dan menginap di hotel di
Makassar bahkan hingga Bali," ungkapnya.
Kuasa hukum Fitriani, Ali Imran, mengatakan, tuduhan itu baru sebatas dugaan belaka.
“Alasannya ada orang ketiga, tapi itu belum bisa dibuktikan dan terkesan
mengada-ada,” ujar alumnus UIN Alauddin Makassar di Kantor Pengadilan
Agama Watampone, kemarin.
