Resepsi pernikahan ini viral lantaran
pengantin pria yang seharusnya duduk dampingi sang istri di atas
pelaminan justru tak datang.
Kendati tanpa kehadiran pengantin pria,
resepsi pernikahan yang telah lama diimpi-impikan sang mempelai wanita
ini tetap harus dilangsungkan.
Meskipun pada akhirnya yang duduk di pelaminan bukanlah pasangan pengantin baru.
Melainkan kedua orang tua dari mempelai wanita.

foto-foto menyentuh saat resepsi pernikahan itu.

dari mempelai wanita.

(4/9/2019) itu, akun Twitter @_acabellas menjelaskan cerita pilu dibalik
senyum kedua orangtua mempelai wanita yang ada dalam foto.
"Pengantin yang asli sayangnya tidak
bisa datang ke resepsi pernikahan karena sakit dan harus dioperasi,"
tulis akun Twitter @_acabellas.
Meski kedua pengantin tidak bisa datang
di resepsi pernikahan mereka, tak membuat orangtua keduanya serta merta
membatalkan pesta itu.
Justru, orangtua mempelai wanita berhasil mencuri perhatian para tamu undangan di hari pernikahan putri mereka.

@_acabellas, tampak kedua orangtua pengantin wanita tetap bisa tersenyum
lepas meski acara mereka tak sesuai rencana.
Mengenakan busana berwarna biru muda
yang seragam, pasangan suami istri ini begitu cocok saat berjalan menuju
ke kursi pelaminan.
Bahkan, keduanya menyempatkan diri untuk
duduk di kursi pelaminan, menggantikan anaknya yang tak bisa hadir ke
resepsi pernikahan.
"Bagian terbaiknya adalah, orangtua
pengantin perempuan menggantikan mereka menjadi raja dan ratu sehari, so
cute!," tulis akun @_acabellas.
Namun di tengah senyum manisnya, ayah
sang pengantin perempuan kepergok menangis saat hendak memakan menu yang
telah disiapkan anaknya untuk resepsi pernikahan.
"So cute, tapi sempat melihat ayah sang mempelai wanita menangis saat hendak makan," tutup akun Twitter @_acabellas.
Setelah ditelusuri, ternyata ketidakhadiran kedua pengantin di hari pernikahannya itu bukan tanpa alasan.

bernama Fatheen Afiqah dan Amirudin itu, harus menghabiskan hari
pernikahan mereka di atas ranjang rumah sakit.
Sang mempelai wanita, Fatheen Afiqah,
mengaku sedih saat harus pergi dari resepsi pernikahan yang sudah ia
impi-impikan sepanjang hidupnya.
Pasalnya, Fatheen lebih memilih untuk menemani suaminya yang harus menjalani operasi batu ginjal di rumah sakit.
"Alhamdulillah, kami sudah sah (menikah) pada Sabtu (31/8/2019) lalu.
"Tapi saat gladi bersih di malam sebelum resepsi, sang suami merasakan sakit di perutnya," ucap Fatheen.
Setelah dibawa ke rumah sakit, barulah ketahuan jika Amirudin menderita batu ginjal.
"Kami sempat memohon agar perawatannya ditunda dulu karena hendak menikah.
"Tapi, suami sudah tak bisa menahan lagi sakitnya pada malam itu," lanjut Fatheen.
Meski Fatheen dan Amirudin harus
menghabiskan hari pernikahan dan momen malam pertama mereka di rumah
sakit, pesta pernikahan tetap terus digelar.
"Resepsi pernikahan pada Minggu
(1/9/2019) tetap dilangsungkan karena sudah disiapkan, dan tak mau
mengecewakan tamu yang telah diundang," tutupnya.
Meski tak bisa menghadiri resepsi
pernikahan yang sudah mereka tunggu-tunggu sepanjang hidup, tampaknya
