Mengaku siap dinikahi,

Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta menipu pria lajang. Tidak
tanggung-tanggung, rayuan maut pelaku mampu menggasak uang korban hingga
ratusan juta rupiah.
Pelaku meminta uang
sebesar Rp 448 juta kepada korban DH, 25 tahun, warga Kasihan, Bantul.
Rencananya uang tersebut akan digunakan untuk biaya resepsi pernikahan
seperti gedung, catering, pasok tukon dan keperluan lainnya. Namun oleh
pelaku, uang tersebut malah dipakai untuk foya-foya.
Korban yang
kesehariannya bekerja sebagai wiraswasta itu mendapat uang dengan kerja
kerasnya. Demi mempersunting kekasihnya itu, orang tua korban sampai
menggadaikan barang berharga ke Pegadaian Mergangsan, Kota Yogyakarta.
Atas perbuatanya saat
ini pelaku mendekam di sel tahanan Polsek Mergangsan. Guna
mempertanggungjawabkan atas perbuatanya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 378
KUHP dan 372 KUHP.

Komisaris Polisi Tri Wiratmo mengatakan, modus pelaku dengan meminta
uang ke korban untuk persiapan pesta pernikahan. "Korban memepercayai
semua biaya resepsi dipegang oleh pelaku," ungkapnya kepada wartawan
saat jumpa pers pada Kamis, 23 April 2020 siang.
Menjelang hari H, kata
dia, korban menanyakan bagaimana persiapan pernikahanya. "Saat dicek
ternyata tidak pernah dipesankan, sementara uangnya sudah habis," kata
kapolsek.
Kronologi Kasus Penipuan
Kejadian itu berawal
korban dan pelaku berkenalan sejak Agustus 2019 di sebuah pesta ulang
tahun temannya. Pelaku mengakui pernah menikah. Bahkan pelaku juga
mengklaim bahwa dirinya seorang pengusaha restoran di Jalan Imogiri
Timur, Kabupaten Bantul.
Setelah perkenalan itu,
keduanya saling tertarik dan menjalin hubungan asmara. Beberapa bulan
setelah itu, korban dan pelaku sepakat menikah pada 11 Januari 2020.
Menjelang pernikahan itu, pelaku perlahan-lahan memanfaatkan uang korban
untuk persiapan resepsi.

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan
pernikahan tersebut, ibu korban sampai menggadaikan barang berharganya
ke pegadaian di Mergangsan. Setelah uang Rp 400 juta itu terkumpul, ibu
korban langsung mentransfer ke rekening pelaku.
"Setelah menerima uang,
pelaku mengajak korban bersama keluarganya untuk berlibur ke Bali.
Seolah-olah liburan itu dibiayai oleh pelaku karena dia mengaku sebagai
pengusaha resto. Padahal pelaku seorang ibu rumah tangga," ucapnya.
Selanjutnya pada 9
Januari 2020, pelaku bersama ibunya datang ke rumah korban untuk
mengundur lamaran dan pernikahan yang rencananya 11 Januari 2020 menjadi
11 Februari 2020. Pelaku berdalih, Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) salah
memasukkan data sehingga harus diundur.
Merasa curiga dengan hal
itu, korban mengecek ke gedung Sportarium Universitas Muhammadiyah
Yogyakarta (UMY) tempat yang rencananya digunakan untuk pernikahan
mereka. Korban kaget bahwa tidak ada pemesanan gedung atas nama dirinya
maupun pelaku.
Merasa telah ditipu,
korban mengadukan kasus itu ke Polsek Mergangsan. Polisi melakukan
penyelidikan, ternyata uang tersebut sudah habis dipakai untuk
kepentingan pelaku. Selain itu, pelaku dan mantan suaminya belum resmi
bercerai secara pengadilan.
"Uang yang katanya buat
resepsi pernikahannya itu digunakan untuk beli HP, berlibur ke Bali
sebanyak tiga kali dan menginap di hotel berbintang di Yogyakarta.
Memang digunakan bersama korban, tapi posisinya korban tidak sadar uang
itu uang untuk resepsi. Karena setahu korban, pacarnya ini orang kaya,"
kata dia.
Tidak Berniat Menipu
Sementara itu pelaku
mengaku, saat berkenalan dengan korban, dirinya memang sudah mengakui
bahwa pernah menikah. Korban tidak merasa keberatan dengan statusnya.
Pelaku mengaku sejak
awal, tidak berniat menipu korban. "Uangnya untuk liburan ke Bali
bersama korban sama keluarganya. Sebenarnya enggak ada niat menipu, tapi
karena saya mau proses perceraian, jadi gak bisa nikah dulu," kata
pelaku.
Saat disinggung alasan
mengaku sebagai pengusaha restoran karena setiap korban menjemput selalu
di tempat saudaranya yang merupakan pengusaha. "Ya karena dia sering
jemput di tempat saudaraku yang pengusaha. Jadi dia tahunya aku
pengusaha," ucapnya.
