Diceritakan MD, awal kejadian tidak mengenakan yang meninmpanya itu bermula saat dirinya diminta oleh istri pelaku mengambil kue di rumah pelaku, pada tamggal 3 Maret 2019 silam.
Saat itu di rumah korban memang ada hajatan dan kue yang diambil merupakan jajanan yang disugukan untuk acara hajatan.
Tidak berhenti di situ, seminggu kemudian pelaku mencabuli korban lagi. Tapi kali ini di kandamg ayam yang tidak jauh dari rumahnya. Anehnya setiap kali melakukan pencabulan, pelaku ini selalu memaksa korban untuk meminum obat. Dicurigai obat tersebut merupakan penggugur kandungan.
Sampai akhirnya, MD hamil 7 bulan setelah dicabuli sebanyak 6 kali. Kehamilan gadis itu membuat orang tua dan kakak korban curiga. Sebab selama dirumah ia selalu menggunakan kaos berukuran besar. Semula, MD merahasiakan kehamilan ini, karena perutnya semakin membuncit ibunya memaksa menceritakan.
"Awalnya saya curiga, kok payudaranya semakin besar, terus perutnya juga. Akhirnya saya paksa untuk cerita, ternyata pelakunya tetangga dan masih saudara. Saya terpukul dan kecewa," kata ibu koran.
Saat itu juga, Is memanggil pelaku dan minta tanggung jawab. Namun yang menjadikan sang ibu marah, pelaku meminta kandungannya digugurkan. Tapi keluarga korban tidak menuruti permintaan pelaku.
"Saya tidak mau, takut dosa dua kali. Biar anak tanpa perkawinan sah, tetap saya rawat," jelasnya.
"Sampai saat ini pelaku masih berkeliaran, itu juga yang membuat anak saya ketakutan. Saya minta supaya dihukum seberat-beratnya, kalau perlu cepat ditangkap," jelasnya lagi.
Sementara itu, Kasat Reskrim Polres Gresik AKP Panji P mengaku sudah menerima laporan terkait pencabulan anak di bawah umur. Saat ini pihanya tengah melengkapi berkas untuk pemenuhan alat bukti.
"Sudah menerima laporannya, kami masih periksa saksi-saki," tuturnya.
