Seorang nenek satu cucu berinisial Lb menjadi korban pemerkosaan dari Slamet (26) yang kini berstatus tersangka.
Meski tersangka sudah ditangkap oleh anggota Polsek Gadingrejo, wanita
51 tahun itu tetap tidak terima dengan ulah tersangka yang menggagahinya
di pematang sawah, Sabtu (8/2/2020).
“Terserah polisinya saja, supaya diberi hukuman yang setimpal,” ungkap
LB, Senin (10/2/2020) saat ditemui di Polsek Gadingrejo seperti dikutip
Tribunnews.com.
Lb menyatakan bila dirinya tidak menerima dengan apa yang telah diperbuat pelaku kepadanya.
“Orang tua lho mas, kok digituin. Maksudnya gimana,” tuturnya.
Dia menuturkan, bila tersangka usianya empat tahun di bawah usia anaknya yang pertama.
Menurut dia, putranya yang pertama berusia 30 tahun dan sudah beristri, bahkan sudah mempunyai anak yang duduk di bangku SD.
1. Berawal Dari Sapaan
Sikap ramah merupakan ciri bagi masyarakat di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali Kabupaten Pringsewu.
Sikap itu lah yang ingin ditunjukkan oleh nenek satu cucu, Lb (51) kepada dua orang yang tidak dikenalnya.
Sabtu, 8 Februari 2020 sekira pukul 17.30 WIB, Lb pulang dari sawahnya berjalan seorang diri menyusuri jalan setapak.
Dalam perjalanan, Lb bertemu dua pria yang sedang memancing. Meskipun tidak kenal, Lb menyapa dua orang tersebut.
“Saya tanyain. Mancing mas ? Katanya, iya, gitu,” cerita Nenek LB,
Senin, 10 Februari 2020, saat ditemui di Polsek Gadingrejo, Senin 10
Februari 2020.
Lantas LB berlalu meninggalkan dua orang tersebut meniti jalan setapak di sawah menuju rumahnya.
2. Ditinggalkan Begitu Saja
Tiba-tiba Lb merasa ada yang mendekapnya dari belakang lalu mendorongnya terjatuh tengkurap.
Ironisnya sesorang yang mendekapnya itu berupaya menyetubuhi LB. Korban sempat berteriak meminta pertolongan warga.
Namun pelaku berupaya menutup mulut dan mata korban dengan menggunakan
kain kerudung yang dipakai korban sehingga pelaku leluasa melancarkan
aksinya kepada korban.
Setelah kejadian, korban kembali meminta tolong warga bahkan mengejarnya.
Setelah melampiaskan nafsu bejat, pelaku pergi begitu saja. Sementara LB berupaya mencari pertolongan.
3. Ketahuan Setelah Dipertemukan
Awalnya LB tidak mengenali pelaku. Tapi setelah pelaku tertangkap dan dipertemukan dengannya, LB baru mengingatnya.
Ternyata, pelaku salah satu dari dua orang yang ditegur sedang mancing.
LB diduga diperkosa setelah berjalan sejarak 50 meter dari lokasi orang itu mancing.
Namun, rekan pelaku tidak mengetahui perbuatan kawannya yang telah kabur
tersebut. Karena perbuatan tersebut dilakukan di semak-semak.
Pelaku merupakan pria lajang usia 26 tahun, berinisial SM alias Slamet
Mahmiludin warga Kecamatan Padang Ratu, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.
4. Pelaku Mengira Korban Gadis Belia
Entah apa yang dipikirkan Slamet Mahmiludin, pria lajang usia 26 tahun
ini nekat berbuat asusila kepada wanita berusia 51 tahun berinisial LB.
Akibatnya, warga Desa Surabaya Kecamatan Padang Ratu, Kabupaten Lampung
Tengah ini harus berurusan dengan Petugas Polsek Gadingrejo.
Kepala Polsek Gadingrejo AKP Anton Saputra mengungkapkan, perbuatan
Slamet dilakukan saat korban berjalan sendiri di areal persawahan Pekon
Gadingrejo, Sabtu, 8 Februari 2020 sekira pukul 17.30 WIB.
“Pelaku membekap korban dari arah belakang, kemudian mendorong korban
hingga terjatuh tengkurap,” kata Anton mewakili Kapolres Pringsewu AKBP
Hamid Andri Soemantri, Minggu, 9 Februari 2020.
5. Polisi Berhasil Identifikasi
Petugas berhasil mengidentifikasi pelaku dan kemudian menangkapnya tanpa
perlawanan di camp tempat tersangka bekerja, Sabtu, 8 Februari 2020
pukul 21.00 WIB.
Tepatnya di areal perkebunan dekat komplek perkantoran Pemkab Pesawaran.
Kepada petugas tersangka mengakui perbuatannya. Awalnya tersangka Slamet menduga korban masih berusia muda.
Tetapi karena sudah tak kuat menahan nafsu, tersangka tetap nekat walaupun sadar korban sudah berusia tidak muda lagi.
Kendari begitu perbuatan Slamet terancam Pasal 285 KUHP tentang Perkosaan. Ancaman hukuman maksimal 12 tahun penjara.
