Tak tahan menyaksikan tetangganya kelaparan di tengah pembatasan sosial
berskala besar ( PSBB), seorang ibu rumah tangga (IRT) di Kabupaten
Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, mengembalikan bantuan sembako dari Pemerintah
Kabupaten (Pemkab) Gowa, Jumat, (8/5/2020).
Ibu rumah tangga tersebut adalah Irma Daeng Simba (36), warga Dusun
Bontocinde, Desa Bontoramba, Kecamatan Pallangga, Kabupaten Gowa,
Sulawesi Selatan. Ia mendatangi kantor desanya pada pukul 13.00 Wita,
Jumat (8/5/2020).
Ia datang dengan menjinjing paket sembako berupa beras, gula, minyak
goreng, telur, serta mi instan yang beberapa jam lalu diterimanya.
Paket sembako tersebut dikembalikan guna diberikan kepada warga lainnya yang lebih membutuhkan.
"Saya kembalikan ini sembako sebab saya merasa tidak berhak dan masih banyak warga yang membutuhkan," kata Irma.
Di hadapan petugas, Irma mengaku tak tega menyaksikan tetangganya
kelaparan karena putusnya mata pencarian seiring dengan berjalannya
PSBB.
Sulit Cari Nafkah Saat PSBB
Irma sebenarnya bukanlah warga yang berkecukupan, bahkan ia terdaftar
sebagai pemegang kartu Program Keluarga Harapan ( PKH) yang setiap
bulannya menerima Bantuan Non-Tunai Mandiri (BNTM).
"Saya sendiri adalah penerima PKH dan setiap bulan menerima bantuan dari pemerintah dan itu sudah cukup buat kami," kata Irma.
Meski demikian, pada masa PSBB, Irma juga mengeluh sulitnya mencari nafkah.
Suaminya, Samad Daeng Situru (38) yang sebelum PSBB berdagang buah
mangga, kini harus menjadi penganggur akibat pandemi Covid-19.
Meski demikian, Irma tetap bersyukur lantaran tetap bisa membantu suami
mencari nafkah dengan berjualan takjil menjelang buka puasa.
"Suami sudah tidak kerja karena tidak bisa keluar rumah. Untung masuk
bulan puasa, jadi saya jualan takjil di depan rumah," kata ibu dua anak
ini.
Kades Akui Ada Kesalahan Data
Pihak pemerintah setempat berterima kasih kepada Irma atas kejujurannya dalam hal penerimaan bantuan sosial.
Pasalnya, Pemkab Gowa memberlakukan kebijakan bahwa bagi warga
masyarakat penerima Bansos berupa PKH ataupun pemegang Kartu Keluarga
Sehat (KKS) tidak berhak lagi menerima bantuan Sembako Covid-19.
"Kami akui ada kesalahan data dalam penyaluran bantuan sembako Pemkab,"
kata Sachrial, Pelaksana Tugas Harian (PLTH) Kepala Desa Bontoramba.
"Dan kami sangat berterima kasih atas kesadaran salah satu warga kami
dan memang aturan yang berlaku demikian bahwa penerima PKH maupun KKS
sudah tidak berhak menerima paket sembako dari Pemkab," lanjutnya.
Dari data yang dirilis Dinas Informasi dan Komunikasi (Infokom)
Kabupaten Gowa hingga Sabtu (9/5/2020), jumlah warga yang positif
terjangkit virus corona mengalami peningkatan meski dalam status PSBB.
"Yang positif bertambah menjadi 50 orang dan 205 PDP dan yang ODP
sebanyak 415," kata Arifuddin Saeni, Kadis Infokom Kabupaten Gowa,
melalui pesan singkat pada Sabtu (9/5/2020).
