Mulai tahun ini, ibu hamil dan memiliki balita akan mendapat dana PKH
(Program Keluarga Harapan) sebesar Rp 1,2 juta. Pernyataan tersebut
disampaikan oleh Menteri Sosial Khofifah Indar Paranwasa di sela-sela
wisuda di Universitas Darul Ulum, Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur, Minggu.
Dikutip dari Antara News, dana bantuan tersebut merupakan salah satu program perlindungan sosial dari pemerintah untuk Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin.
Jumlah Rp. 1,2 juta ini naik Rp. 200.000 dari tahun 2015, yang anggarannya ditetapkan Rp. 1 juta per kepala rumah Tangga.
Dana PKH untuk ibu hamil ini akan diberikan dalam dalam kurun waktu satu
tahun dengan 4 kali masa pencarian. Dan bulan Maret 2016 ini merupakan

dana bantuan ini, ibu hamil harus memiliki Kartu Perlindungan Sosial
(KPS).
KPS dapat diperoleh dengan mengajukan permohonan kepada RT, RW, dan
kelurahan. Pada tingkat kelurahan inilah nantinya akan diputuskan,
apakah pemohon berhak untuk memperoleh KPS.
Apabila diputuskan layak menerima, maka Lurah atau Kepala Desa akan
lapor kepada Tenaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Kecamatan (TKSK). Setelah
prosedur dipenuhi, barulah rumah tangga tersebut akan menerima kartu
PKH, dan mengambil haknya sesuai ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.
Aturan dan kewajiban ibu hamil penerima dana PKH
Pemberian dana ini tentu juga mengikuti aturan-aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Misalkan untuk ibu hamil maka ia wajib untuk:
- Selama kehamilan, ibu hamil harus melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan di fasilitas kesehatan sebanyak 4 kali, yaitu sekali pada usia kehamilan sekali pada usia 0-3 bulan, sekali pada usia kehamilan 4-6 bulan, dua kali pada kehamilan 7-9 bulan, dan mendapatkan suplemen tablet Fe (zat besi).
- Ibu melahirkan harus ditolong oleh tenaga kesehatan di fasilitas kesehatan.
- Pada masa nifas ibu harus melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan dan mendapat pelayanan KB pasca persalinan setidaknya 3 kali pada minggu I, IV dan VI setelah melahirkan.
- Kewajiban ini harus dipenuhi oleh seorang ibu hamil yang menerima fasilitas PKH, jika tidak, maka dana bantuan dapat dikurangi atau malah diberhentikan.
