Kelurahan Damai, Binjai Demseria Simbolon harus duduk di kursi pesakitan
usai memalsukan kematiannya, di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Medan, Jumat
(3/5/2019).
Terdakwa terbukti melakukan penipuan usai memalsukan kematiannya dan
tidak mengajar selama tujuh tahun namun tetap mendapatkan gaji.
"Terdakwa Demseria Simbolon yang diangkat sebagai Guru SD Nomor 027144
mendapat pembayaran gaji sebesar Rp 44.901.000; tahun 2012 dapat gaji Rp
49.406.400; tahun 2013 dapat gaji Rp 52.851.600; tahun 2014 dapat gaji
Rp 55.621.000; tahun 2015 dapat gaji Rp 58.325.700; tahun 2016 dapat
gaji Rp 63.805.600; tahun 2017 dapat gaji Rp 63.805.600; dan tahun 2018
dapat gaji Rp 46.326.400," ungkap Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Asepte
Ginting dihadapan Majelis Ketua Nazar Efriandi.
Ia menuturkan bahwa total gaji yang diterima terdakwa dari hasil memalsukan kematiannya sebesar Rp 435.144.500.
"Jumlah seluruh gaji yang diterima terdakwa Demseria dari tahun 2011 sampai Agustus 2018 sebesar adalah Rp 435.144.500.
Sejak Januari 2011 sampai Agustus 2018, terdakwa tidak pernah masuk
mengajar dan tidak melaksanakan tugas sebagai guru. Namun, terdakwa
tetap menerima gaji dan tunjangan," tegas Asep.
Awal mula kasus terungkap saat suami terdakwa Adesman Sagala mendatangi
PT Taspen Persero Cabang Utama Medan, Jalan Adam Malik Nomor 64.
Ia datang bermaksud untuk mengajukan penagihan pembayaran asuransi kematian Demseria, padahal terdakwa tidak meninggal dunia.
