Kasus keponakan dihamili paman hingga melahirkan itupun langsung membuat geger warga.
Kini, entah bagaimana nasib selanjutnya dari Ls (12), bocah SD kelas 6 ini, dengan anak yang dilahirkannya tersebut.
Sebab, bayi perempuan yang dilahirkan pada Sabtu (9/5/2020), merupakan hasil perbuatan bejat pamannya sendiri.
Kini, paman korban, Sumartono (44), warga Desa/Kecamatan Kademangan, Kabupaten Blitar sudah diamankan di Polres Blitar.
Bapak dua anak ini mengaku kalau perbuatan bejatnya itu karena tergoda setiap kali melihat korban tidur di depan televisi.
Korban bocah SD di Blitar yang dihamili pamannya sendiri memang sejak kecil tinggal di rumah pelaku.
Itu karena korban memang dititipkan ke pelaku karena kedua orangtuanya merantau ke Kalimantan.
“Saya khilaf kok bisa sampai seperti ini. Dia itu sudah seperti anak
saya sendiri karena sejak kecil, kami yang merawatnya,” tuturnya kepada
petugas, Minggu (10/5/2020), sambil meneteskan air mata.
Penyesalan korban itu sepertinya sudah tak ada artinya. Sebab, ibarat nasi sudah jadi bubur.
Korban sudah kehilangan segalanya. Tak hanya masa depannya, namun luka
yang dibuat pamannya itu sepertinya akan jadi cerita selamanya buat
kehidupan korban.
Mencuatnya kasus ini karena ibu korban mendengar kabar tentang kehamilan anaknya tersebut.

Tanpa diduganya, dari mulut anaknya keluar pengakuan kalau itu semua
atas berbuatan bejat pamannya sendiri, yang tak lain adik kandung
bapaknya.
Mendengar pengakuan anaknya itu, ibunya tak terima dan melapor ke Polres Blitar.
Selang dua minggu kemudian, pelaku yang menghamili bocah SD hingga melahirkan langsung diamankan setelah dijemput di rumahnya.
“Sudah cukup bukti untuk menahan pelaku. Sebab, pelaku juga sudah mengakui perbuatannya tersebut.
Dari penyidikan itu, terkuak bahwa perbuatan bejat pelaku itu terjadi beberapa bulan sebelum diketahui korban hamil.
Sebab, menurut pengakuan pelaku, dirinya sudah tak berani melakukan hubungan pada September 2019 lalu.
“Katanya, saat itu (September 2019), korban sudah tak lagi tidur di
depan televisi atau di ruang tengah. Namun, korban sudah tidur dengan
istri pelaku,” paparnya.
Awal kejadiannya sendiri itu karena pelaku mengaku tergoda setiap kali melihat korban tidur di depan televisi.
Itu biasa saat tengah malam, pelaku terbangun. Melihat korban tidur di
depan televisi itu, pelaku membangunkan dan menyuruhnya pindah ke
kamarnya.
Kamar korban bersebelahan dengan kamar tidur pelaku. Begitu korban pindah tidur ke kamarnya, pelaku diam-diam menyelinap.
Itu terjadi setiap kali ketika istrinya tertidur bersama anaknya di kamarnya.
Pelaku sendiri juga punya dua anak perempuan. Yang satu sudah SMA dan yang satu lagi sebaya dengan korban.
“Begitu korban sudah pindah ke kamarnya, pelaku langsung
menggerayanginya. Karuan, korban kaget sehingga sempat menjerit dan
menanis.
Namun, pelaku menakut-nakutinya. Katanya, kalau nggak mau, dia tak akan
diberi uang saku (uang jajan) atau disuruh menyusul orangtuamya,”
ungkapnya.
Begitu berhasil menaklukkan hati keponakannya, pelaku yang pekerjaannya
tukang bangunan itu langsung melampiaskan nafsu bejatnya.
Berhasil sekali berbuat begitu, rupanya pelaku kian bernafsu sehingga diulangi sampai berkali-kali.
Hingga akhirnya, korban diketahui hamil. Namun, tak ada yang mengetahui
meski korban tetap masuk sekolah. Itu karena tubuh korban bongsor.
Namun sekarang, semua kebejatan pelaku atau si paman yang menghamili bocah SD hingga melahirkan terkuak.
“Sekarang korban sudah tinggal bersama ibunya, di rumahnya sendiri.
Untuk anaknya, dirawat neneknya atau ibunya korban,” pungkasnya.
