Nasib RJ (30), perempuan asal Purwakarta ini bak roller coaster.
Beberapa pekan lalu ia menghiasi berbagai laman berita karena produk makanan ringannya berhasil menjadi juara III tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat.
Ia mengolah bahan yang tak biasa menjadi camilan atau makanan ringan.

Bupati Purwakarta Anne Ratna Mustika sempat mengakuinya.
“Ada di bagian dinas yang melaksanakan perlombaan kemarin itu. Saya tahu ada perlombaan, tapi orangnya sampai saat ini saya belum tahu. Nanti kami akan turunkan untuk tim investigasi,” kata Bupati Purwakarta Anne Ratna Mustika akhir pekan lalu.

Keduanya menurut polisi adalah pasangan selingkuh.
Si pria enggan ditinggalkan atau mengakhiri hubungan dengan RJ. Dan video pun tersebar.

Video diambil di sebuah tempat parkir supermarket di Purwakarta. RIA lalu ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
Sementara Rj (30), ‎dipastikan sebagai korban penyebaran konten keasusilaan yang dilakukan RIA.
Penyidik Subdit V Ditreskrimsus Polda Jabar menerapkan Pasal 45 ayat 1 juncto Pasal 27 ayat 1 Undang-undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik.
Pasal itu mengatur larangan dan ancaman terhadap perbuatan pendistribusian konten elektronik terkait kesusilaan.
Tribun Jabar mengkonfirmasi penerapan pasal itu pada RIA dan kaitannya dengan RJ ke Wakil Direktur Ditreskrimsus Polda Jabar, AKBP Hari Brata.
Dia membenarkan, RJ adalah korban.
“RJ tetap korban,” ujar AKBP Hari Brata via ponselnya, Minggu (22/9/2019).
Ia mengatakan, RJ dipulangkan karena penyidik tidak menemukan alat bukti yang cukup untuk menjeratnya.
Berkaca pada kasus video porno Garut melibatkan perempuan berinisial V yang jadi tersangka tindak pidana pornografi sebagaimana diatur di Undang-undang Pornografi, kata dia, itu kasusnya berbeda.
“Dalam kasus ini (RJ), dia tidak menyadari adegan hubungan badannya direkam oleh RIA,” ujarnya.
Beda halnya dengan perempuan berinisial V di Garut, yang menyadari perbuatan hubungan badannya disadari dan diketahui oleh V.
“Iya betul seperti itu. RJ tidak menyadari dan tidak tahu direkam oleh RIA,” kata Hari. ‎
Dalam kasus ini RIA, kata dia, merekam hubungan badan dengan RJ. RJ dan RIA masing-masing sudah berkeluarga.
Tribun menanyakan soal RJ dan RIA bisa dijerat Pasal 284 KUH Pidana tentang perzinahan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang yang sudah menikah, ia membenarkannya.
“Iya bisa, tapi itu delik aduan. Harus ada pengaduan dari suami RJ atau istri dari RIA‎. Nanti masuknya pidana umum,” kata AKBP Hari Brata.
